    Description

Yakut Khomus (Vargan, Jews Harp) "BIG"
    by Ivan Khristoforov with case
Jew's harp with a bias in the bass register with a hard tongue. The timbre is clean in all possible range, the mid-frequency overtones sound especially brightly, but it may seem that the high frequencies are slightly lacking. The dynamics change very smoothly and predictably. A good jew's harp with a simple play and mechanically convenient for any sequence of blows. Due to its low price, it can be recommended as your first Yakut khomus - it has all the characteristic features of the sound of the jew's harps of Yakut masters.
    Ivan Khristoforov
is one of the most famous khomus masters in Yakutia. He has been making jew's harps for several decades. All the traditional features of the Yakut khomus are inherent in his instruments. At the same time, Khristoforov's khomuses have an attractive price and can be recommended for beginners.
