high performance cat with heat shield bracket welded on so you can put on the OEM heat shield on the pipe for an OEM look and keep the center console area cooler.  The high performance Catalytic converter from magnaflow is 400 cell and can support 400hp easily, welding required to install either in the middle of the pipe or on the exhaust pipe. Could use with stock exhaust or any other aftermarket exhaust.  Tri-bolt gasket included along with hardware.  Fits all 2000-2009 S2k.  we have gain 3hp below 7000rpm and 7hp above 7000rpm all the way to redline on our test vehicle only modification on the vehicle is AEM V2 intake system.
*** some Euro spec S2000 and possibly other country have an offset o2 sensor hole on the heat shield on those s2000 you will need to add a hole on your heat shield. just take a look at the picture make sure you heat shield looks like the one we have if it doesn't you will need to drill a hole on the heat shield for the o2 bung to come out.***
