bmw promotion

Description

BMW promotion thing not sure what is or what it's for.
BMW Manufacturing  Corp.on one side
Little red car on other that moves when tilted on other side.
Both ends screw off and it has a small ring maybe for a keychain. Again not sure of.
Shipped USPS with tracking
Again it is used but in nice condition
